Owing to the successive lockdowns and other restrictions resulting from public health regulations during 2020, we have not been able to conduct an Annual General Meeting, which has had to be postponed until an early opportunity in spring 2021. Since far from all members have online communication means, we decided to wait until it was possible to invited all to a physical meeting as usual.
In the meantime, we have taken forward a further research on recently uncovered archive material on the Congregation of the English Mission, the Vincentian-inspired structure proposed for a scheme of corporate Anglican-Catholic reunion in the late 1980, which was a precursor to the format that took shape in the Apostolic Constitution Anglicanorum Coetibus.
We will communicate with members and supporters praying for organic unity in a Newsletter for the run up to the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity 2021.
